Valoris: registry and tokenisation infrastructure for regulated real-world assets

Valoris is a white-label software platform that institutions use to issue, register and administer real-world assets in digital form: shares, fund units, notes, real estate interests, protected cells and stored metals. One core platform, configured per jurisdiction.

Who Valoris is for

Valoris is built for regulated and professional institutions that issue, administer or supervise real-world assets. It is not a retail product and not an exchange.

Private and cantonal banksRun a branded register and investor desk for ledger-based securities they arrange or hold for clients.
Securities firms (Wertpapierhäuser)Issue and administer digital securities for issuer clients, with transfer checks before each booking.
Asset managers and fund administratorsKeep unit and compartment registers, capital calls and distributions for funds and umbrella structures.
Trust companies and fiduciariesAdminister cap tables and registers on behalf of client companies and structures.
PCC and cell managersKeep one register, ledger and document set per protected cell, with no cross-cell transfers.
Family officesHold and report on private holdings and co-investments in one auditable register.
Holding companiesManage share registers, classes and corporate actions across subsidiaries.
Real-estate developers and ownersIssue property-backed instruments to eligible investors with a data room per asset.
Freeports and vault operatorsLink each digital entitlement to an identified bar or object in custody.
Law firms acting as legal counselReview documents and structures in a shared data room and configure eligibility rules with the client.
Regulators and auditorsGet a read-only supervisory view of registers, transfers and audit trail, when the client grants it.

Valoris does not sell to retail investors, does not hold client assets and does not operate a trading venue.

What Valoris does

Keeps the official register of digital instruments on a permissioned ledger, with allow-list, freeze and full audit trail.

Checks every transfer against investor eligibility and jurisdiction rules before it is recorded.

Gives issuers, administrators, banks and investors each their own view of the same record.

How white-label works

Each partner institution gets its own instance with its name, logo and colours, on its own address.

The instance is configured with the jurisdiction suite that matches its legal order.

The institution keeps the client relationship and its licences; Valoris provides the software.

Security and compliance posture

Permissioned access: only onboarded, approved participants can hold or move instruments.

Data separated per tenant; each instance sees only its own records.

Valoris is software. GLOBAL CONSULTANT is a technology provider, not an authorised intermediary; authorisations stay with the client institution.
