Valoris Ringfence
Protected cell segregation engine for Gibraltar PCCs and Experienced Investor Funds: one register per cell, assets and liabilities kept apart.

Ringfence keeps a separate register, cap table, document set and ledger for each protected cell, so that the cell manager, administrator and investors can show at any time which assets and investors belong to which cell.
Legal framework it fits
- Protected Cell Companies Act 2001 (Act 2001-22): statutory segregation of cellular assets; the PCC remains a single legal person
- Part 1A of the Act (in force since 30 July 2026): tokenised shares and DLT share registers
- GFSC consent required to establish a PCC (s. 11), available for debt-issuing vehicles, collective investment schemes and insurance companies
- Financial Services (Experienced Investor Funds) Regulations 2020, for funds structured as EIFs; licences remain with the fund, manager or administrator
- Investor eligibility: experienced investor tests applied before onboarding
